STAY App:

To enhance your experience, we have developed a special app for our guests. You can access it by scanning the QR code below with your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

Recycling of Hard Plastics and Aluminum Cans:

In collaboration with Green Phenix, we collect hard plastics and aluminum cans. You will find two designated recycling containers on the resort premises.

Check-Out Information:

Before your departure, we kindly ask you to take note of the following:

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Late check-out fees: $15 per hour per room
• Storage room: Available for luggage, with a shower room if you wish to freshen up before leaving.
• Beach towel return: Please ensure that your beach towel(s) or card(s) are returned upon check-out. A $20.00 charge per towel/card will apply if they are not returned.

If you require assistance with your luggage, our staff will be happy to help. Please contact our front desk at +5999 747 0332 to arrange this service.

Room Cleaning Procedures

Prior to your arrival, our housekeeping team made sure to clean your room thoroughly. Below, we listed our room cleaning procedures.

Cleaning hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Resort (apartments & villas)

• Full cleaning every 3rd day (change of linen every 3rd day), with towels refreshed each cleaning day after check-in. Your accommodation has been fully cleaned before arrival.

Hotel (promo, standard, and deluxe rooms)

• Full cleaning daily (change of linen every 3rd day), with towels refreshed each cleaning day. Your accommodation has been fully cleaned before arrival.

Important note about saving our planet: Everyday, millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once. You can make a difference! A towel hanging up means “I will use it again.” A towel on the floor means “Please exchange.” Thank you for helping us conserve the earth’s vital resources.

Pools

• We have 2 pools at our resort. They are open from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM.

Other Points:

• Personal speakers are not allowed in public areas.
• Should you require any additional help or information during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us at the front desk in the lobby.
• You will find a safe in the wardrobe of your room. This can be used to stow away all your valuables. Please make sure to store them in there. The resort will not be responsible for your personal belongings.
• We kindly ask you not to leave anything on the bed, as we are not allowed to touch your personal belongings and cannot make your bed.
